1. Higher Heat Dissipation Efficiency

The tube-expanding process ensures tight bonding between the radiator tubes and fins. During the tube-expanding process, the radiator tubes are mechanically expanded to perfectly fit the holes of the fins, eliminating gaps that are prone to generating thermal resistance. This structure allows the heat of the engine coolant to be quickly transferred to the fins and dissipated through the air flow. Test data shows that the heat dissipation efficiency of tube-expanded radiators is 15%-20% higher than that of welded radiators. Even in high-temperature environments (such as driving in summer or heavy-load operations), it can effectively prevent engine overheating.

2. Stronger Structural Stability and Durability

Without relying on welding or adhesives, the tube-expanded structure realizes the connection between radiator tubes and fins through "mechanical locking". This design avoids problems such as weld cracking of welded radiators caused by thermal expansion and contraction, or adhesive failure at high temperatures, greatly extending the service life of the radiator. Our tube-expanded radiators have passed more than 5,000 hours of vibration testing and more than 3,000 cycles of thermal shock testing, with a service life of up to 8-10 years, far exceeding the industry average of 5-6 years.

The welds of traditional welded radiators are prone to corrosion due to reactions with coolants caused by residual welding impurities or microcracks. Our tube-expanded radiators adopt 100% mechanical bonding, without welding chemical residues. At the same time, the surface of the radiator undergoes electrophoretic coating and anti-corrosion treatment, which can resist the erosion of acid-alkaline coolants and harsh environmental factors (such as road salt in winter). Its corrosion resistance meets the ISO 9227 salt spray test standard, ensuring stable performance even when used in coastal or high-humidity areas.
